There is no fee for participation in ESC Awards 2025.
All companies/organisations applying for Awards must apply by filling in the prescribed form given on the website.
Last date for receiving duly filled nominations is 30 January 2025.
Incomplete applications are liable to rejection.
Organisations applying for more than one Award must fill in separate form for each category.
Applicants are advised to fill in forms carefully. Information once submitted will not be allowed to be altered in any way.
Information submitted by applicants will be treated as true and final. Any discrepancy noted later may lead to disqualification.
The Awards will be presented on the basis of applications received.
All applications will be scrutinised and placed before high-powered Awards Jury for final selection.
Decision of the Jury will be final and binding on all applicants.
All information provided by applicants will be used solely for evaluating nominations and will not be shared externally. Applicants should provide complete details to ensure fair evaluation.
Based on evaluation of nominations, Jury may decide not to give any Award in any of the categories.
National Export Excellence Awards 2025 will be based on export performance of participating organizations during FY 2023-24.
Export performance means total value of export proceeds realised by an organisation/company during the year 2023-24.
Deemed exports shall be taken into account for computation of export performance.
No part of export value indicated in the application should be pending realisation.
Awards will be presented only on the basis of export performance of individual company/ organisation during FY 2023-24. Export turnover of entire group or other organisations of the group should not be taken into account while calculating export performance.
All companies/organisations must furnish a declaration on organisaton’s letterhead stating total value of exports achieved by them during FY 2023-24 along with self certified copies of Annual Report , Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss Account for the year carrying notes about export revenues.
MSME Awards: The applicants for MSME export award category should submit an undertaking on organization’s letterhead certifying that the participating organization falls under MSME category as defined under MSME Development Act 2006.
Awards are open to all women entrepreneurs from electronics and software sectors managing an enterprise registered in their name.
Two women entrepreneurs (one each from electronics & software sectors) will be awarded the Outstanding Woman Entrepreneur Award for their export performance during FY 2023-24.
Applicants must submit proof of ownership of the enterprise to verify their eligibility for Outstanding Woman Entrepreneur Award.
The startup must be recognised by DPIIT/Atal Innovation Mission (AIM) /any State Innovation Mission or any other body or institution established by or recognised by the central government or any state government.
The entity must have all applicable trade specific registrations such as MSME, GST (if applicable) registration etc
The entity must have been founded within last ten years (must have been established on or after 1 April 2014)
Entity’s turnover should not have crossed more than Rs 100 crores duringa ny of the previous years.
